Terms:
Businesses with established credit have terms of 30 days; otherwise all sales are on a cash basis. For those customers who wish to set up a credit account, they must complete our confidential credit application. We reserve the right to cancel credit at any time.

Orders:
We welcome drive in traffic, however when possible please call in your orders at least 24 hours in advance so that we can have plants staged and checked prior to pickup. Business hours are:

7:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday (Saturday arrangements can be made).

Bookings will be acknowledged with the understanding of possible adjustments due to weather conditions beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate with you any changes in a timely manner.

Spring bookings will need to be received by May 1st and Fall bookings by November 1st of the current year.

Prices:
Our prices are wholesale and intended only for the wholesale trade. Patent fees are included in the price where applicable.

• Price adjustments may sometimes by necessary on bookings
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
• Prices in the catalog do not include delivery charges
• We have a minimum order of $500.00

Shipping:
We prefer pick up whenever possible.  Delivery is available on our 26’ or 45’ enclosed, shelved trucks for orders of $500 or greater if given at least a 48 hour request.  Cost of freight is available upon request.

We also ship via FedEx.  Cost of freight is available upon request. We will notify you one day prior to delivery.

Orders are scheduled according to your needs.  Our goal is to have your order delivered during the week you have specified. A call will be made one day prior to delivery notifying you of the established time of delivery.

Liability and Guarantee:
We guarantee our plant material to be true to name and in healthy condition. There will be no warranty towards plants purchased from Old Courthouse Nursery.  Any claims must be made in written form within 48 hours of receipt of order. We will respond promptly to correct any mistakes we have made in processing your order.
